About Me

I am a warm, empathetic person with a very broad range of life and professional experience. I am trauma-informed, with experience in working with people from different cultural, religious and migrant including refugee backgrounds, across LGBT+ communities, and with people engaged in creative practice. Alongside my private practice, I provide counselling to people dealing with bereavement and loss in a specialist service.

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Humanistic Counselling and am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I adhere to the BACP's ethical guidelines.

Working both in person and online, I can offer longterm and time-limited counselling to suit you and your needs.
