What is Counselling?

Counselling is a special kind of relationship, focussed on your emotional wellbeing, where you can feel safe and supported to talk about whatever may be troubling you. If you're feeling low, anxious or stuck, if life sometimes feels a struggle, or you have had distressing, challenging or confusing experiences, counselling may help. It can also be a way simply to understand better who you are in the world, why your relationships are the way they are, and to get to know yourself better, with the possibility of being able to arrive at new or different ways of being that feel a better fit for you.
